What is Bootcamp?
It's a FUN fitness session where our main goal is to teach you how to exercise properly as we workout. It is a friendly and positive environment to be around with people who are just like you. Everyone there wants to better themselves. We all have that one thing in common and that makes it a fun enjoyable experience. Attending on a regular basis will help you lose weight, tone up, build muscle, gain energy, recover from some former bodily injuries and live a long heathy life. Most importantly, we will MOTIVATE you and educate you on how to incorporate movement into your daily lifestyle
How are Ravishing Fitness Bootcamps different then other bootcamps?
We personalize the sessions based on your specific needs. We limit each class to 15 people or less that way you get the proper attention you need. Each session is generally designed based on the needs of the people who have reserved a spot in a fitness session. You are NOT just another person in a large group of people hoping to get the attention and personal instruction you need from your fitness trainer as happens in other over populated bootcamps. Ravishing Fitness Bootcamps are for EVERYONE. They are for people of ALL ages, shapes, and fitness levels.
How are Ravishing Fitness Bootcamp Sessions compared to local gyms?
Fitness Bootcamps are safer, funner, more effective, cleaner and MOTIVATING!. You are monitored and coached as you a have a full body workout. You will be educated of proper exercise and nutrition. At most gyms you are walking around aimlessly hoping that you are doing correct exercises to meet your goals. There are too many distractions at gyms.
Do I need to be in shape to attend the bootcamps?
No, we offer fitness sessions for all fitness levels including Beginners, Moderate and Advanced. We also offer "Specialty Fitness Sessions"
What are Specialty Fitness Sessions?
They are fitness sessions designed and scheduled a specific group of people whose fitness goals may not be met in most "Traditional" types of bootcamps. These Specialty Fitness Sessions consist of of Family Fitness Sessions for Parents/Teens/Kids, Senior Citizen Sessions, Sessions For Mom's, and Sessions for those who may be Physically Impaired. EVERYONE deserves a chance to be physically fit. We want to help everyone.
What kind of results will I get?
You will accomplish what ever your fitness goals you desire. But you DO have to work at it. Exercise is one of the main contributing factors to living a long healthy life. You can expect about 15 to 20 per cent improvement in strength and endurance following the first month fitness training on a regular basis. Our various fitness sessions will help you lose weight, gain muscle, increase energy, build confidence, improve sleeping patterns, reduce joint stiffness, strengthen previous damaged limbs, ligament, and tissue.
How long is Each Session?
Each session between 45 - 60 minutes
Where are the sessions held?
All Bootcamp Fitness Sessions are held local public parks. Only safe and family friendly parks are chosen for our bootcamps.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just drinking water to stay hydrated during the workout. We provide all the equipment but if you are a germ-a-phobe, you are more than welcome to bring your own exercise matt otherwise we will provide one for you.
How do I dress?
Comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes. If they weather is cold, don't dress too bundled up. You will warm up by the end of the first exercise. Occasionally there will be some exercises where we are resting on our knees but nothing that would break skin so shorts are fine. Come as you are, you don't have to do your makeup or hair.
Can I bring my kids?
Yes, we always try to set up near a kid play area that way you can keep an eye on your children while they play and we exercise.
Can I bring my pets?
Yes, as long as they are tied up properly, they are of no danger to anyone, and if it is permitted at the park we are exercising at.
How do I reserve my spot for a Bootcamp Session that I want to attend?
Two different ways. You can complete all the information in the "Contact Us" page of this website (be sure to list the Time and Date in the "Comment" section for the session your are requesting to attend. Or you can call (559)287-8668 to reserve your spot. Keep in mind that in order to monitor you during all exercises, we limit each session to 15 people per session so please reserve your spot
Do the sessions fill up quickly?
Yes, but don't worry there are more then enough sessions every week to attend. If a session is completely booked up we will post in on the "Calendar" for that date.
How much does each session cost?
$10 per person per session (All Ages) or $240 per person (All Ages) for Unlimited Session Monthly pass.
How Do I Pay?
Per Session or Monthly payment options are available. All sessions are pre paid for. You can pay by Cash or Check (please make sure funds are available) at the beginning of each session. We follow the honor system. If you are short on finances we STILL want you to continue your fitness training so that you stay on track. Just commentate with us and we will make arrangements. It is important that you stay on track with your training.
Are there any refunds?
No, there are no refunds and services are non transferable and hold no cash value.
If I purchased the "Groupon Four Week Unlimited Session" package do I have to use it right away?
No, your Groupon (or any other online promotion) will be honored as long as you activate it and book your first session before the expiration date of your voucher.
Will I get dirty?
No, nothing gets accomplished by you getting dirty during a fitness session. You may occasionally have grass on you but thats it. You will work up a sweat but we are not going to have you digging trenches or roll around in the mud. We are here to exercise not pretend we are getting fit by getting dirty.
Do we work our during bad weather?
Fitness sessions are held as long as location is a safe environment to exercise in.
Will the Fitness Trainer scream at me if I get tired?
No, screaming is rude and disrespectful. We are here to motivate you and educate you how to exercise properly. People always preform better is they are treated respectfully and motivated to have perfect form. We would rather you have perfect form rather than doing more repetitions. If you learn the proper form you will be able to preform the exercises during on your off time.
What happens if I get tired during a exercise?
Safety is ALWAYS FIRST. You know your own body, if you feel that you are in any danger of bodily harm during any exercise, please stop immediately. We naturally want you to push yourself during any exercise but know when to say when. We WILL NOT scream or embarrass you if you stop in the middle of an exercise.
I provide one-on-one and group training. One-on-one training allows me to tailor the workout specifically for the individuals needs and goals. Group training takes a more general approach asserting an overall theme such as full body sculpting. Group training consists of three to ten people and is fun for the whole group.
Two people can share the cost on one hour of fitness training in what I call a "buddy training"session. However, they do not share the work. Each person will be exercising at the same time, while accomplishing the same amount of work as individual training. Having a Buddy around is fun and great for motivation while training.
Each session runs 45 to 60 minutes and consists of the perfect blend of Muscle Tone, Pilates, Aerobic,Yoga, and Boxing Fitness.
Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a trainer. An effective personal trainer can guide you, motivate you, and educate you. Trainers provide accountability and discipline. A good trainer will also make sure that you don't damage your body when exercising. It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way, too exercise. Fitness Assessment (Optional)
An important part of any responsible training program, a fitness assessment objectively measures your current level of physical fitness. Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. Michael's fitness assessment incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:
I will guide you through a program that will develop strength and increase endurance. I ensure that workouts don't get repetitive or boring. I will work with you to achieve maximum results. We will combine weights, cardio, and nutrition to give you optimum results.
An important part of the process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually monitor and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.

I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
