Ravishing Fitness Bootcamps are all about YOU. We provide smaller size Personalized Boot Camps so we can focus on your specific fitness goals. Our Fitness Bootcamps are for people of all ages, body types, strength levels and pysical conditions. We offer several classes every week that will accommodate practically anyone's busy schedule. Weather your a beginner who has never exercised before or an advanced fitness enthusiast we have SEVERAL bootcamps per week that will cater towards your fitness goals. In addition to our Beginner, Moderate and Advanced fitness sessions, we also provide "Specialty" fitness sessions for Moms, Families (Parents/Teens/Kids), Seniors, and Physically Impaired. Participating in smaller size Boot Camps will ensure that you receive proper attention to your fitness needs from Fitness Trainer Michael Santos while he monitors your proper form and safety in each exercise. Proper form, safety, instruction, and motivation are some of the key elements in reaching your fitness goals.
Whether you want to slim down or tone up, have more energy for work or your family, or just look better we are here to help. At Ravishing Fitness our Bootcamps are designed to make you feel at home no matter what your current fitness level may be. Our Bootcamps are held outdoors multiple times a week at various times and locations and run throughout the year. We integrate cardiovascular, strength and resistance training to make the hour a well balanced full body workout. We provide ALL equipment: exercise mats, dumbbells, kettle balls, swiss balls, resistance bands, pilate rings, medicine balls and everything else needed to have an effective and fun workout. You just need need to bring yourself, comfortable clothing and drinking water if needed. All ages are welcome. Minors udder age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18.
Unlike any other traditional Bootcamp, Fitness Trainer Michael Santos will personally provide a complimentary fitness consultation upon request. In this consultation you will both discuss your fitness goals, nutrition, any possible health conditions you have that may need special attention, and discover how to integrate fitness into your busy lifestyle. Some of the exercises for the Bootcamp you are attending will be based on the information you provide in that consultation. The exercises are designed based on your specific needs!
Instead of using a "military screaming approach", you will be treated "Respectfully" with your Fitness Trainer at your side motivating you as you learn proper form and technique while exercising at each session. Upon request you will receive a list and descriptions of each exercise that you performed at each fitness session via email. The whole concept is for you to become educated on how to perform these exercises safely so that you may repeat them at any given time. Each Fitness Session will be different so you'll never know what is in store prior to attending the class. In order to see results, we suggest that participants take at least 2 classes per week.
In regards to the general concept of fitness, Fitness Trainer Michael Santos has been quoted: "Fitness and exercise HAS to be fun and effective at the same time. If exercise is not effective, inventive, and fun, people will not want to do it. It does not make sense for people to come to a fitness session, exercise to the point where they feel tired and then leave. They may have had a decent workout, but did they really accomplish anything? The key to living a healthy lifestyle is education and a perfect balance of exercise, healthy eating and motivation. If you learn how to do the exercises properly, you are going to WANT to repeat them on a daily basis. If you learn strategic ways of eating healthy without going on a fad "Crash Cold Turkey Diet" your body will adapt easily and accept these practices for life. A Fitness Trainer should provide and have good communication with each friend/client on a weekly basis to help coach them. A good Fitness Trainer is one who understands each persons challenges and goals. A good Fitness Trainer is NOT someone who stands around SCREAMING at others to try to get them to do a few more reps. Rather he/she should be one who motivates and encourages people to understand how the benefits of fitness will help them live a longer, happier and healthier life."
